Clarity of communication
Whether a stranger can tell what you do, who you serve and why you, without hunting for it.
- Offering visible without scrolling
- Explicit audience
- Real differentiation
We analyse your website, messaging, social channels, reputation and ability to convert. You get a clear diagnosis, with the evidence, and a prioritised action plan.
The Clarity Score is not an opinion: it is the sum of 116 checks, 71 of them fully deterministic. Every category carries a fixed weight, and every point deducted has evidence behind it.
Weak or scattered communication
Not a list of technical metrics, but the questions a potential customer asks without realising it, in the first few seconds.
Whether a stranger can tell what you do, who you serve and why you, without hunting for it.
Whether an interested visitor finds a simple, immediate way to reach you.
Proof, people and company details: what makes your promise believable.
Speed, security, mobile and errors: what a visitor reads as care.
How findable you are on Google, and how readable you are to AI answer engines.
Whether your site and your channels look like the same company, at the same level.
What is said about you where you do not control the message.
Reading barriers and configurations that commonly attract complaints.
No sentence that could apply to any company. If we cannot find evidence, we do not write the problem.
The home page describes your way of working but never names the kind of company it is meant for. A visitor who does not know you has no way to tell whether this applies to them.
Tailor-made solutions to grow your business
Every extra field reduces the number of completed enquiries. Six are enough to qualify a first contact; everything else belongs in the conversation that follows.

The site presents a consulting service in specialist language; the channel is mostly price promotions. Someone arriving from social expects a different offer from the one they find.

Technical metrics are part of the picture, and we measure them. But a very fast site that never explains what you sell is still a site that brings no enquiries.

The site has been up for years, brings no enquiries, and nobody can say why.

Yes. The analysis and the full report cost nothing. We ask for a business e-mail address to send it to you: that is how we introduce ourselves. We never ask for payment details.
Usually two to three minutes. We read up to ten pages, capture desktop and mobile screenshots, and compare the channels you provided.
No. Of 116 checks, 71 are fully deterministic: they measure a value and compare it with a declared threshold. AI is used only where reading and judgement are required, always against fixed rubrics and always quoting the text it observed. If it cannot find evidence, the check produces no result.
No. We only look at what is publicly visible, exactly as a potential customer would see it. Reach and engagement metrics would require connecting your accounts, which we do not ask for today.
We keep the scan so we can generate the report and let you reopen it. The text of the analysed pages is deleted after thirty days. Consent to receive the report is separate from consent to receive commercial messages: you can give the first and refuse the second.
Yes, as long as it is publicly accessible: we look at the same information anyone can see by visiting it. The report is sent to you, not to the site owner.
